In my opinion real estate is more than buying and selling property. It’s about the sense of community and family unity at the root of the business. I have a keen ability to connect with buyers and sellers to truly understand goals and execute strategies to meet those goals. Having purchased, renovated, and sold many properties, I have an authentic eye for identifying a home with potential, reading floor plans, and helping my clients envision all of the possibilities for each property I represent and advise on, whether is a true value play, or in need of staging to aid in a successful sale.
Prior to my real estate business, I worked as a business process consultant in Washington DC for over a decade leading projects relating to change management, strategic planning and implementation, consulting and technical training.
I am a 2013 graduate of Carey Business School at John Hopkins University. Coupled with my international roots from Afyonkarahisar, Turkey, where I grew up before moving to America in 1999, I have a strong appreciation and understanding of the foreign customer looking to expand their investments by marketing properties with MSC’s global affiliates.
I, my husband Greg, and our children Ozan and Arya lived in the Washington DC area for 15 years prior to moving to Lakewood Ranch. I bring a metropolitan savviness to my business with a hometown friendliness that is rare to find. I enjoy the local lifestyle, going to the beach, biking and fitness, reading, traveling and experiencing new cultures and cuisines.
